We’ll help you find a lender if you don’t already have one in mind. The lender will review your entire financial profile and, if necessary, make recommendations of steps you may take to improve your loan options.

Naturally, if you are paying cash, you can skip this one.


NEXT

Once we have your budget in place, you can begin creating a wish list. You can search for your dream home on our website from any device. You can even compare walk scores, school ratings, and neighborhood demographics for different listings.

As your agents we’ll also start shopping for that perfect property, based upon your parameters and within the financial terms that you need.

Together we may find it in the first home or the 20th. We’ll adjust search patterns as we go in order to make an efficient use or your time.


THEN

When you find a property you love, we will help you submit an offer. We are skilled negotiators that know how to get you the best price and value possible.

Once an offer has been accepted it’s time to proceed through the escrow process, which can be 15 to 60 days, typically. We’ll help you navigate through the piles of paperwork, inspections, appraisals, disclosures, and other documents in a stress-free way.


LAST

At the end of this process, it's time to get the keys, throw a housewarming party, and make lasting memories in your new home. Our dedication to you doesn't end with the transaction though. We have an extensive resource and referral network to help you settle into your new place.
